30-day guarantee

If the coat doesn't fit or your dog won't wear it, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll swap it for another size or give you a refund.

How to start a return or swap

Message us through our contact page with your order number and whether you'd like a refund or a different size. We'll reply with the return instructions.

Condition

Please send the coat back clean and with no damage beyond trying it on and short wear.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we refund your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.

Shipping protection

The shipping protection fee covers lost, stolen or damaged parcels and is not refundable once your order has shipped.
