Shipping

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe (France, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Ireland, Luxembourg, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Switzerland and Norway), Australia and New Zealand. Standard shipping is free.

Processing

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery times

• United States: usually 7 to 14 business days after dispatch
• Canada: usually 10 to 18 business days after dispatch
• United Kingdom: usually 5 to 10 business days after dispatch
• Europe: usually 7 to 14 business days after dispatch
• Australia and New Zealand: usually 10 to 20 business days after dispatch

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays and customs.

Duties and taxes

Orders shipped to Switzerland and Norway may be charged import duties or taxes on arrival, which are the customer's responsibility.

Shipping protection

If you added shipping protection at checkout and your parcel is lost, stolen or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll send a replacement at no extra cost.

Address issues

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll help you arrange a reshipment.
